Field Trips

Let Young Chefs Academy create a truly unique culinary experience for your class/school, daycare, or organization.  Our field trips can be customized to fulfill your needs, whether you want to focus on math skills, science, team building or more; however, rest assured all field trips will include an interactive culinary experience culminating in a tasty finish!

 

We offer children ages 3 and and up an understanding of food preparation in a sage environment  that encourages discovery and creativity.  Our field trips allow the students an opportunity to put their education into practice while developing additional life enriching skills.  We focus on the valuable learning points and maximum hands-on experiences that will serve as scaffolding for future knowledge.  We take advantage of a multitude of skills that are involved in putting together basic recipes, such as measurement and scientific observation. By letting us know what skill(s) you would like to focus on, we can build your trip accordingly.  Whether it is math, science, reading, history or nutrition, we can provide the students with an authentic, exciting experience that teaches skills to last a lifetime!

Pricing
Standard Field Trip- $15 per student ($150 minimum)
Custom Field Trip - $20 per student ($200 minimum)
Public School Field Trip  $10 per student (for groups larger than 60)
